Your Knee is the largest joint in the body and most endure your entire weight. The knee joint serves as a hinge between the thigh bone (femur) and the top of the shinbone (tibia). It is protected by the kneecap (patella) and has a complex system of tendons, muscles and ligaments to aid movement. Because of this, and because the knee is necessary for running, junping and other movements, injuries are common.

Knit Ankle Support Therall Joint Warming Knee Support
Knit Ankle Support
Price: $18.95
Ankle support with unique knit material provides excellent compression and flexibility to weak or injured ankles. Prolite® brand. The Therall Joint Warming Knee Support is constructed with four-way stretch material for light compression to counteract swelling. Material has ceramic fibers that insulate the joint by retaining heat and slowly reflecting it back into the joint and surrounding tissues.
Gelband Patella Strap Knee Brace w/out hinge. Pull on
The Gel-Band® Patella Strap provides therapeutic support without constricting movement. The U-Point™ gel insert focuses pressure on the tendon below the kneecap for improved patella tracking. The Alps Knee Braces are designed to prevent or reduce the severity of a knee injury. They provide medial and lateral stabilization with self adjustable hinges to limit flexion and extension.
Prolite Knit Knee support Knee Brace Hinge Pull On
Unique knitted support engineered to provide more elastic yarns exactly where the compression is needed. Stretch material contours to the shape of the knee for excellent compression and flexibility without bunching.
The Alps Knee Braces are designed to prevent or reduce the severity of a knee injury. They provide medial and lateral stabilization with self adjustable hinges to limit flexion and extension.
Knee Brace w/adjustable hinge wrap around Wrap around without Hinge
The Alps Knee Braces are designed to prevent or reduce the severity of a knee injury. They provide medial and lateral stabilization with self adjustable hinges to limit flexion and extension. The Alps Knee brace is constructed of neoprene fabric. Designed to prevent or reduce the severity of knee injury.
Safe-T-Sport Lateral Knee Stabilizer with "J"Buttress Wrap Around Stabilizing Knee Support
Tubular "J" buttress maintains proper alignment of the patella and provides lateral side support and stabilization. Soft Foam Wrap-Around Stabilizing Knee Support is made with soft, breathable foam material that is both neoprene and latex free. Unique material provides compression to the knee with a soft, plush fabric against the skin.
OA/Arthritis Knee Brace SAFE-T-SPORT Neoprene Hinged Knee Stabilizing Brace
This Osteoarthritis (OA)/Arthritis Knee Brace provides excellent support and targeted pain relief. The unilateral hinge and strapping system work together to apply a corrective force to the joint - creating space in the joint where cartilage has deteriorated. Neoprene knee sleeve with durable steel hinged reinforcements allow for flexion limiting medial/lateral movement with a 180º hyperextension stop.
Wrap Around Hinged Knee Stabilizing Brace Neoprene Stailizing Knee brace w/ composite hinges
Wrap around design is ideal for tender, swollen or injured knees with a quick, easy application. Neoprene provides consistent compression and therapeutic warmth. Built-in inferior horseshoe and lightweight composite hinges add support. Helps prevent hyperextension.
Flexlite Hinged Knee Support Powercentric Hinged Knee Brace
Practical hinged knee support is extremely lightweight and recommended for post surgery or mild ligament injury, knee instability or degenerative joint disease. Ideal for walking or light athletic activities. Lightweight polycentric hinges allow for full range of motion and include a built-in stop to prevent hyperextension. Contoured condyle shells provide additional protection against lateral impacts during activity.
Patellar and Quadriceps Tendonitis- also called Jumper's Knee, this condition occurs as a result of overused or tight quadriceps (front thigh muscles). Stress adn friction affect the patellar tendon which can then become irritated and/or damaged. This is common among athletes who play on hard surfaces, such as basketball or tennis.
Chondromalacia Patella Syndrome- When the cartilage on the under surface of the patella breaks down as a result of abnormal patella tracking, resulting in pain that may radiate toward the back or the knee. Pain is greatest on the inner, lower part of the knee. Chondromalacia can lead to arthritis.
Osgood-Schlatter Disease-As the quadriceps contract, especially during growth in adolescents, the patellar tendon is pulled where it attaches to the shin bone (tibia). Pain at the top of the shim may be felt, which may last for several weeks or even months.
Ligament tears-Complete or partial tears of ACL, LCL,MCL, or PCL ligaments in the knee
Knee Sprain- a moderate injury to tissue or structures, such as ligaments in the knee.
Bursitis-an inflammation of the bursae (fluid-filled sacs that cushion the bones, tendons and ligaments) caused by an injury or overuse. These sacs can enlarge with extra fluid, resulting in joint pain, tenderness and swelling as they push against the inner tissues.
Degenerative Joint Disease- advanced arthritis that starts to break down the actual bones of the joint.
Dislocation(Patellar Subluxation)-occurs when the kneecap (patella) partly moves out of place as a result of the kenecap being pushed too hard, or the quadriceps, reinacula, or patellar tendon being pulled too hard.
Meniscal injuries- the result of abnormal stresses caused during twisting injuries of the knee that result in strain/tears of the meniscal tissues.
